1. Acceptance

By installing or using Steelman, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension and stop using the service.

2. Service description

Steelman is a browser extension and associated backend service that generates critical analysis of web content. Analysis is generated by an AI model and is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Account

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share accounts or use the service for bulk automated requests.

4. Plans and billing

• Free plan: 5 analyses per day, no payment required.
• Pro plan: 100 analyses per day, billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the account page; access continues until the end of the billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service to analyze content for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Share, resell, or redistribute analysis output as your own product.
• Circumvent rate limits through multiple accounts or automated means.

6. Disclaimer

Analysis output is generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. It is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Use your own judgment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steelman is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
